Gur Vali Chai

Ingredients to make Gur Vali Chai

  • Cow Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
  • water -1/2 cup
  • jaggery - 1 and half tbsp or according to taste
  • chai patti-1 tsp
  • Green cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

How to make Gur Vali Chai

  1. In a pan add water, jaggery and cardamom powder.
  2. Let it boil and until jaggery totally dissolve.
  3. In other pan add milk and boil it.
  4. After switching off the flame sieve the boiled tea water in a cup and then add milk in the cup.
  5. The healthy gur vali chai is ready.

My Tip:

You can add anything other than cardamom as per your taste like fennel seeds, black cardamom etc.
