ABOUT Gur Vali Chai RECIPE

Its a desi tea usually our grandmoms make this tea and then my mom also. Its same as the other one but the procedure is different because of jaggery(gur) . The milk will get curdled if added on a flame. These are to be boiled separately.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cow Milk - 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Water -1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery - 1 and half tbsp or according to taste
  4. Chai patti-1 tsp
  5. Green Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan add water, jaggery and cardamom powder.
  2. Let it boil and until jaggery totally dissolve.
  3. In other pan add milk and boil it.
  4. After switching off the flame sieve the boiled tea water in a cup and then add milk in the cup.
  5. The healthy gur vali chai is ready.
