Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Brinjal (600 gms)
  2. 11/2tbsp curd
  3. 1tbsp cumin powder
  4. 1tbsp garam masala powder
  5. 1tbsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/2tsp turmeric power
  7. 1tsp green chilli paste
  8. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1tbsp oil for fry
  11. Chopped fresh coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut the brinjal straight leyer cut
  2. Take a plate add all spices,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste, salt,curd and 1or2 tbsp water mix it and make thick paste
  3. Now take a brinjal stuff Masala properly and rest it in a 5 minutes
  4. Take a pan add heat 1tbsp oil add masala coated brinjal cover the lid and cook it in low flame just 3 minutes
  5. After 3 minutes open the lid and turn it fry it another 3 minutes
  6. After another 3 minutes it's done, take this on a plate serve this brinjal fry garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and salad.
