                  Brinjal is one of the vegetable that is not used by many, but they provide us with good nutrition and health benefits. So it should be included in our diet.
Cut the brinjal straight leyer cut
Take a plate add all spices,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste, salt,curd and 1or2 tbsp water mix it and make thick paste
Now take a brinjal stuff Masala properly and rest it in a 5 minutes
Take a pan add heat 1tbsp oil add masala coated brinjal cover the lid and cook it in low flame just 3 minutes
After 3 minutes open the lid and turn it fry it another 3 minutes
After another 3 minutes it's done, take this on a plate serve this brinjal fry garnish some fresh chopped coriander leaves and salad.
SERVING: 4
