Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Brinjal small 250 grms
  2. Oil 2 tbsp
  3. Green chillies 2 to 3
  4. Curry leaves 1 sprig
  5. Gg paste 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  7. TADKA
  8. Mustard 1 tsp
  9. Zeera 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chillies pwdr 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Slice the brinjal and add them in salt water
  2. Heat oil and add zeera, Mustard and let them splutter
  3. Add gg paste
  4. Add sliced brinjals
  5. Add salt and turmeric
  6. Toss and cook till the brinjal are cooked
  7. Add curry leaves,red chilli pwdr and garam masala pwdr
  8. Squeeze the lemon juice
  9. Serve with rotis
