Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. One half teaspoon eno
  4. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  5. Water as per required
  6. Oil or better for FRI
  7. Garlic Chutney for sprayed 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl ad salt and Eno mix well.
  2. Now add water little little and stir continuously and make a pouring consistency of better.
  3. Add lemon juice and mix.
  4. Heat dosa tawa and add little water then one tablespoon dosa batter on tawa.
  5. Sprayed in a circle and cook on a medium heat.
  6. After 2 minutes add butter or oil and garlic chutney and sprayed on it.
  7. Flip both side and it's ready.
