ABOUT Oats Soup RECIPE

Oats soup is a healthy and a great recipe for weight loss and also good for diabetic patients.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup - Oats
  2. 1 Onion- (small finely chopped)
  3. 1 Green Chilli- (finely chopped)
  4. 2 - Garlic clove (minced)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/8 tsp - Pepper powder
  7. 1 cup- Water
  8. 1 cup - Milk (low fat)
  9. 1 tsp - Oil (olive oil)
  10. Coriander- for garnish as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, green chilli and garlic till they begin to sweat.
  2. Now add the oats and fry along with it for 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt and water and let it come to a boil.
  4. Now add the milk and pepper powder to it and bring to a boil.
  5. Garnish the oats soup with coriander. Serve hot.
