Ingredients to make Oats vegetable soup

  • For the stock
  • water 2 glass
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Whole black paper 4 -5
  • For the soup
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup carrot Finley chopped
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves washed and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • corriender leaves
  • olive Oil 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp black paper powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Oats vegetable soup

  1. First take a deep vessel and add water into it and bring to a boil
  2. When it comes to boil add cinnamon stick ,garlic ,cloves, bay leaf
  3. Lower the flame put lid on the vessel and boil for 5 minutes
  4. After 5 min, switch off the flame and transfer the stock into a jug
  5. Now heat a pan with olive oil.
  6. Add all the vegetables and salt and mix well
  7. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till vegetables become little soft ,
  8. Add oats and stir for a minute
  9. Lastly add stock and stir well
  10. Now add pepper powder and boil it for 1 to 2 minute with a lid
  11. Switch off the flame sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot

My Tip:

Vegetables should not be over cooked , it shoud be little cruncy for more nutritious
