Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bolied peas or mattar 200 gm
  2. Bolied Aloo 100gm
  3. :bread: bread crumbs 50gm
  4. Salt as taste
  5. Chat masala as taste
  6. Corn flour 1 tbs
  7. Green chili paste as taste
  8. Oil for frying


  1. Mash Aloo, peas, bread crumbs in mixer.
  2. Put all spices ( salt, chat masala, green chilly paste) in Aloo peas mixture. Combine all well.
  3. Now make cutlets n deep fry .remove it on a absorbent paper. Sever with souce or chutteny of ur choice.
