Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green peas blanched 1 cup
  2. Boiled mashed potatoes 1/2cup
  3. Cottage cheese /paneer 1/3cup
  4. Green chilis 2
  5. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Chat masala 1tsp
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  12. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  13. Oil 3 tbsp


  1. Exept oil mix all ingredients and make a dough
  2. Make small ball and give shape of cutlets
  3. Heat a pan add little oil to it
  4. Place cutlets on the pan and shallow fry them
  5. Serve hot with spicy chutney
