ABOUT Fried idli in less oil RECIPE

This is a healthier version of the fried idlis, a perfect starter for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 5-6 idli
  2. Curry leaves
  3. 4-5 dried red chilly
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a pan add oil, dried red chilly, curry leaves,cumin seeds ,mustard seeds.
  2. Cut the idli into bite sized pieces.
  3. Add idli into the pan.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder in it.
  5. Mix well.
