  • rice 1 cup
  • Paav bhaaji masala 1 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1/4 spoon
  • lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  • mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  • Dried red chilly 1
  • clove 2
  • asafoetida 1 pinch
  • bay leaf 1

How to make Paavbhaaji flavour rice

  1. First boil the rice in pressure cooker.
  2. Take a pan. Add oil,add clove, dried red chilly ,mustard seeds,Asafoetida.
  3. Then add capsicum , and peas.
  4. Add all spices.
  5. Then add rice.add lemon juice.and mix well.
