Bharva mushrooms

Ingredients to make Bharva mushrooms

  • mushrooms 250 gm
  • paneer 50 gm
  • cashew chopped 1 tbsp
  • raisins 10-12
  • Chopped green chilli 2
  • onion 2
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • tomatoes 1 chopped
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • cardamom 2-3
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Bharva mushrooms

  1. Wash the mushrooms properly and pat them dry.
  2. Blanch the mushrooms by soaking them in boiling water for 5 minute then drain in cold water and remove the stem and keep aside
  3. mash the paneer and add chopped cashew ,green chilli,raisins, chilly powder , salt and mix it well
  4. now take each mushroom and fill the paneer mixture in a hollow portion and keep aside
  5. heat the oil in pan and put cumin seeds , cardamom and ginger garlic paste. Stir it and add onion paste green chilli , stir well now add chopped tomato chilli powder, coriander powder,salt garam masala stir well.
  6. now add mushrooms and some water , cover with lead and cook in low flame 8-10 minutes .and sprinkle pepper powder ‎ .
  7. Bharva mushroom is ready to be served.
  8. garnish with chopped coriander
