Ingredients to make Masala bhindi

  • 250 grm bhindi
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder

How to make Masala bhindi

  1. Wash bhindi. Remove the top and lower tip of the bhindi.
  2. Make a slit.
  3. Make masala for purpose of filling dubbing abiding Garam Masala salt haldi powder of human seeds add 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.Mix it well.
  4. Next fill masala in bhindis.
  5. Put 2 tsp of oil in a pan.Add the stuffed bhindi to it.
  6. Stirring cover the pan with a lid and after 2 minutes open the pan to turn the bhindi.
  7. Stuffed bhindi is ready to serve.

My Tip:

Serve with paratha.
