Yummy Schezwan pao

Ingredients to make Yummy Schezwan pao

  • Ready made Schezwan sauce or chutney 4 to 5 tbs or to taste
  • Pav 3 pieces
  • Mix vegetables [finely chopped] like capsicum, onion and carrot 100 gm
  • Boiled peas - 1/4 th cup
  • potato [finely chopped] - 1
  • oil

How to make Yummy Schezwan pao

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Now add the vegetables and saute for few minutes.
  3. Add Schezwan sauce or chuteny saute for a min . Then add some water and let this come to a boil.
  4. Then add pav and saute for few seconds or till water is absorbed by the pao.
  5. This delicious schezwan pao is ready to be served.

My Tip:

Add ajinomooto little bit while satuing,it gaves a good taste.
