Ingredients to make Sugarfree Oats-Almond Cookies

  • 1/2 cup almond sliced in flakes/powdered
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup organic honey
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup butter chilled
  • 1 cup roasted amaranth seeds
  • 1 ts baking soda

How to make Sugarfree Oats-Almond Cookies

  1. preheat oven to 180 degree celcius
  2. combine oats, coconut, almonds, amaranth seeds, flour and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix well
  3. melt butter in a saucepan
  4. Add honey to the dry ingredients and mix roughly
  5. Add butter gradually to make a sticky and thick dough
  6. scoop equal amount /Golf ball sized portions of the dough and align on baking tray keeping 2 fingers distance between them
  7. bake for 10-12 minutes or until done
  8. store airtight
