Vegetable appam

Ingredients to make Vegetable appam

  • Idli batter 3 cup
  • tomato 1 chopped
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1 grated
  • ginger 1 inch chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil 1 tsp

How to make Vegetable appam

  1. Mix all the vegetables. ,salt.In the idli batter and mix well.
  2. Preheat appam maker and pour some oil in each mold .take mixture in a spoon fill in it.after filling all the molds ,cover and cook for 2 minutes.then flip the sides.cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Take out the roasted appam in a plate and prepared rest of the appams.

My Tip:

Serve with coconut chutney.
