Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Onion 2
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Mutton 1/2 cup
  4. Curd 1 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  6. Ginger small size
  7. Garlic 6-7
  8. Small onion 8-9
  9. Cinnamom stick small
  10. Cardamom 2
  11. Cloves 2
  12. Tomato 2
  13. Salt as required
  14. Ghee as required
  15. Oil as required
  16. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  17. Mint leaves 1/4 cup
  18. Garam masala 2 tsp
  19. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  20. Bay leaves 1
  21. Green chilli 2
  22. Coriander powder 1 and 1/2 tsp
  23. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  24. Water 1.5 cups

Instructions

  1. marinate mutton for 30-1 hr::: In bowl add mutton,curd,ginger garlic paste.marinate.
  2. In mixie grind small onion,cardamom,cinnamon,cloves .into fine paste.
  3. Grind ginger and garlic and keep it aside
  4. In pressure cooker heat ghee and oil,add cardamom,cinnamom,clove.
  5. Add onion.saute it till golden brown.add green chilli,wait for 5 min.now add ginger garlic paste and onion paste.mix well.
  6. Cook for 5-8 min.add tomato.wait for 5 min.after add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.
  7. Stir well.after add marinate mutton.add little amount of water.cook for 5-6 whistles
  8. After whistle add 1 cup of rice,Garam masala,mint leaves,coriander leaves,curd 7 tsp.and 1.5 cup of water.mix well.sprinkle 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  9. Allow them to boil.and wait for 2-3 whistles.
  10. Spicy healthy Mutton biryani is ready
