Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 kg Boneless chicken breast, cut in cubes
  2. 200 gms hung curd
  3. 4 tbsp fresh cream
  4. 30 gms cheese
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 bunch chopped corriander
  7. 1 egg
  8. 2 tbsp gram flour
  9. 2 tbsp butter
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 1 cinnamon stick
  12. 2 green cardamoms
  13. 2 tbsp ginger Garlic paste
  14. 3 chopped green chillies
  15. Chopped ginger Garlic 1 tbsp each
  16. White pepper powder 1 tsp


  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, fresh cream, cheese, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder and egg. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. For the second marination, take butter and oil in a pan. Add the whole spices and sauté them for a while. Add the gram flour and sauté again. Add the chillies and chopped ginger-garlic. Add this into the marination, add coriander, oil and marinate it for another hour.
  3. Preheat the oven at highest possible temperature for 10 minutes and then put the skewer into the oven and cook for 35 minutes. Brush it with oil or butter.
  4. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
