Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Boiled Eggs (Ubale Huwe Ande) - 8
  2. Fried Onions (Tala Pyaz) - 1 Cup
  3. Curds (Dahi) - 1 Cup
  4. Chopped Tomatoes (Kate Tamator) - 4 Medium Size
  5. Ginger & Garlic Paste (Adrak & Lasoon Paste) - 1 Table Spoon
  6. Cumin Seeds (Shah Jeera) - 1 Tea Spoon
  7. Cloves (Laung) - 4 to 5
  8. Green Cardamom (Hari Elaichi) - 4 to 5
  9. Cinnamon (Dalchini) - 3 to 4 of ½ inch
  10. Bay Leaves (Tej Patta) - 4 to 5
  11. Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  12. Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 1 Table Spoon
  13. Whole spice powder (Garam Masala Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  14. Slit Green Chilies (Kati Hari Mirch) - 5 to 6
  15. Finely Chopped Coriander (Barik Kata Hara Dhaniya) - 1 Bunch
  16. Finely Chopped Mint (Barik Kata Hara Pudina) - 1 Bunch
  17. Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 Table Spoon
  18. Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - 1 Tea Spoon
  19. Oil (Tel) - As Per Requirement
  20. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan or kadai. Once oil is hot add cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamom. Allow them to crackle and leave their flavours in the oil
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till the water from the paste gets evaporate
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till they become soft
  4. Add all the dry ingredients like cumin, coriander, red chilli, turmeric and whole spice powder. Mix all cook till oil get separate
  5. Add finely chopped green coriander & mint leaves and slit green chillies. Mix and cook it for 2 minutes
  6. Add curds and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes or till water is completely get reduced from it
  7. Now add red ½ Cup of fried onions and boiled eggs. Mix and cook for 5 minutes
  8. The dish is ready to be served hot any Indian bread and Salad
