Alloo Pyaz Stuff Parantha.

Ingredients to make Alloo Pyaz Stuff Parantha.

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbs grated ginger
  • 1 green chìlli
  • coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp carrom seeds
  • 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp dhania [coriander] powder
  • 1 bowl wheat flour dough

How to make Alloo Pyaz Stuff Parantha.

  1. Mash the boiled potatoes.
  2. Add chopped onion, green chilli, oriander leaves to the potatoes.
  3. Add salt and the masalas.
  4. Mix well.
  5. keep the dough ready by kneading ata/maida, with salt, little oil and required amount of water. Divide the dough into equal sized balls, stuff each of them with the potato mixture.
  6. Reshape them and roll parathas out of them.
  7. Now roast them on a hot tawa, add required amount of oil and shallow fry them.
  8. Serve them hot with some pickle and curd on the side.

My Tip:

Less dough n full stuffing make d parantha yummy.
