Ingredients to make Choco ball

  • Marie gold biscuits 12 pcs.
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Coco Powder 3 Tbsp.
  • coconut milk powder 2 cups.
  • Full fat milk 4 tbsp.
  • Melted butter 1/2 cups.
  • almond 4/5 pcs chopped.
  • Tooti frooti 2 tbsp.
  • Granulated sugar 4 tbsp.

How to make Choco ball

  1. Grind biscuits to fine powder.
  2. Add 1 cup coconut powder & 4 tbsp coco powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. Heat butter in a pan.
  5. Add the dry mixture in it.
  6. Add condensed milk & full fat milk.
  7. Stir well in low flame till it gets uniform texture.
  8. Turn off the heat & let it cool down.
  9. Make small balls from it.
  10. Coat each ball with coconut milk powder .
  11. Garnish with almond & tooti frooti.

My Tip:

Try to use the coco powder from a reputed company
