Ingredients to make Ghee Chapathi

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • water as required
  • ghee 5 tsp
  • salt as required
  • sugar 1 tsp

How to make Ghee Chapathi

  1. In bowl add wheat flour,salt,sugar mix well.add little by little amount of water to make a smooth dough.
  2. Add little amount of ghee.and knead well.rest it for 30 min.
  3. Now divide the dough.and roll into small balls.after make oval or rectangular shape by using rolling pin.
  4. In tawa put chapathi apply ghee on the corner of chapathi.cook both sides.apply ghee.serve it hot with gravy
