This is a sweet dish that can be made in a jiffy, by assembling the ingredients. A perfect after dinner desert for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm small rasgullas
  2. 1 litre milk
  3. 1cup sugar
  4. 4 tbsp vanilla custard
  5. Some dry fruits [raisins, cashewnuts, almonds] [as per choice]


  1. Mix custard powder in 1 cup of milk, at room temperature.
  2. Boil rest of the milk.
  3. Pour custard powder slurry into the simmering milk.
  4. Add sugar.
  5. Stir continuously while simmering.
  6. When it becomes thick, switch off the gas.
  7. Add rasgullas to the mix, and chill them.
  8. Garnish with dry fruits.
  9. Serve chilled.
