Baked masala Roti is very easy and healthy snack. I gave credit to my husband for this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup maze flour
  3. 1/4 cup all purposes flour
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 3.t.sp oil
  6. 1/2 t.sp baking powder
  7. Mix Vegetables (sweet corn ,cabbage, capsicum, carrots and beans)
  8. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  9. 2 cheese slice

Instructions

  1. Make a dough with the help of soda water, all flour , salt , pepper and oregano. Make soft dough.
  2. Now make small roti with rolling pin and roast on tawa, grease with butter.
  3. Now make filling Cook all Vegetables in oil , add spice and cheese slice.
  4. Now arrange in cone shape in to muffin tin to all roti.
  5. Now fill with filling to roti cone. Add mozzarella cheese and oregano.
  6. Now preheat the oven and bake for 20-25min on 200°.
  7. Masala baked roti serve with shezwan sauce or tomato sauce.
