Hara Bhara Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Chicken Drumsticks

  • chicken drumsticks 3
  • Green kabab paste 3 tbsp
  • onion 2
  • tomato 1
  • green chilly 1
  • garlic pods 3
  • curry leaves 1 sprig
  • coriander leaves little
  • lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp

How to make Hara Bhara Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Marinate the chicken in the green paste and half lemon juice for 30 mins
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic, curry leaves and green chillies onion and tomato
  3. Once the onion is slightly soft add the chicken drumsticks. Cover and cook for a minute on high flame.
  4. Turn over the chicken to the other side and cover and cook for another minute. Here , you will start getting a slight burnt aroma of the onions. Don't worry.
  5. Now stir the chicken and onion tomato mixture well. Add the remaining lemon juice, sprinkle a handful of water, turn the flame to low. Cover and cook till the chicken is done. Add soya sauce stir well for a minute and it's ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
