Ingredients to make Aloo,mater, pyaaj paratha

  • potato 3 boiled and mashed
  • peas 1 cup
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • amchur powder 1 tsp
  • green chilly 2 chopped
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • ginger greated 1
  • onion 1 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • oil 2 tsp
  • wheat flour dough 1/2 bowl

How to make Aloo,mater, pyaaj paratha

  1. In a pan . Add oil. Jeera, chilly ,ginger and mix
  2. Add onion and salt .mix well.
  3. Add all spices and masalas. Saute for a minutes and then add the green peas.
  4. Then add the boiled potato.
  5. Now cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
  6. Then rest this mixture for 10 minutes.
  7. Make small rounds of the Dough. Place the stuffing in each of the roundels and reshape them.
  8. Then roll them out to form the parathas.
  9. Heat a tawa and place the paratha on it.
  10. Roast on both sides and then add butter, cook until it is golden brown and crisp.
  11. Serve hot with some curd and chutney on the side.

Serve hot with chutney.
