An easy & simple sidedish for rice. A common dish for all kerala sadhyas. It s good for our stomach also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. thick fresh curd 1 cup
  2. small onion.6
  3. Green Chillies 1
  4. Ginger 1 small piece
  5. Salt.

Instructions

  1. crush all ingredients with hand mixer. or just put in blender for 1 or 2 sec.
  2. mix well with curd. add salt.
  3. make atleast 1/2 an hr before lunch. then all flavour will come to the curry.
  4. & serve with rice.
