Ingredients to make Methi pulao with fry aloo bhindi

  • Half bunch of methi leaves
  • 3 medium potatoes cut in dice shape
  • bhindi half kg
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Half carrot chopped
  • 3 cup rice
  • ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • Salt Red pepper mixed spices
  • Cooking oil

How to make Methi pulao with fry aloo bhindi

  1. Deep FRI aloo and Bhindi remove extra oil then add all mixed spices like salt turmeric coriander powder mango powder Garam Masala red chilli powder separate
  2. For methi pulao
  3. Take a pan . put some oil add ginger garlic green chilli paste then add tomatoes stir for 2 mins
  4. Add chopped carrot Methi(chopped) leaves . add salt chilli powder garam masala powder turmeric mix it well .stir continuously for few seconds untill oil separates
  5. Add rice cook for a minute on high flame then add enough water to boil rice cover them on slow flame for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. Serve hot with curd and fry aloo bhindi

My Tip:

Sprinkle pinch of nutmeg powder or Rosemary leaves top on d rice for nice flavour or aroma.
