Ingredients to make Vegetable chapati wrap

  • 7-8 chapatis
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup boiled corn
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup paneer cut into cubes
  • 1 potato cubes me cut
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • ketchup as required
  • mayonnaise as required
  • green chutney as required
  • butter for cooking
  • Green garlic 4-5 finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil for stuffing
  • Other ingredients:Shredded cabbage and paneer

How to make Vegetable chapati wrap

  1. Heat oil in a pan , add potatoes and cauliflower.
  2. When potatoes become golden brown add the remaining vegetables. Add garlic and sauté .
  3. Then add paneer and spices and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Prepare simple wheat chapati. Cook on both sides and make sure that it is not overcooked.
  5. Now spread ketchup , apply stuffing, a little bit of crushed paneer, green chutney, mayonnaise and a bit of shredded cabbage. Cook properly after applying some butter.
  6. Healthy wrap is ready.
