Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. RICE FLOUR 1 cup
  2. Wwf 1/2 cup
  3. Rawa 1/2 cup
  4. Salt acc to tatse
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Spices

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP RICE FLOUR
  2. 1/2 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
  3. 1/2 CUP RAWA
  4. 2 TBSP BUTTER
  5. START MIXING THE BUTTER INTO HE DOUGH.YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO HOLD IT IN YOUR PALMS
  6. THE FLOUR SHOULD BE CRUMB CONSISTENCY
  7. ADD 1 TSP CHILLIE PWDR
  8. ADD 1 TSP SALT. YOU CAN ADD ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE
  9. ADD 1 TSP TAWA ROASTED ZEERA POWER.(TOAST ZEERA AND GRIND FRESH PWDR)
  10. ADD 2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
  11. AND MIX WELL
  12. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CURRY LEAVES
  13. 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLIE ,VERY FINELY CHOPPED
  14. 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED FRESH DHANIA AND MIX
  15. ADD 2 FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS.ONIONS WILL START TO LEAVE THEIR WATER
  16. ADD VERY MINIMAL WATER AND MAKE A STIFF DOUGH
  17. ADD WATER LITTLE BY LITTLE
  18. THE DOUGH IS NOW EASILY BE FORMED INTO A CIRCLE BUT AT THE SAME TIME TIGHT
  19. MEANWHILE HEAT OIL IN A KADAI AT MEDIUM FLAME
  20. TAKE BUTTER PAPER OR ANY EMPTY GHEE/OIL PLASTIC BAG
  21. POUR LITTLE OIL AND SPREAD
  22. TAKE SMALL BALLS FROM THE DOUGH AND FLATTEN THEM WITH YOUR FINGERS
  23. PLACE THEM ON THE BUTTER PAPER AND MAKE A HOLE IN THE CENTER
  24. LIFT THE BUTTER PAPER FROM THE SIDES AND GENTLY TRANSFER THE WADA IN YOUR PALMS
  25. SLOWLY DROP IT INTO THE OIL
  26. DO NOT OVER CROWD THE OIL.FRY 3 TO 4 AT A TIME.TURN THEM ONCE THEY TURN GOLDEN ON 1 SIDE
  27. REMOVE IT IN THE SPATULA AND DRAIN OIL AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE
  28. TRANSFER ON KITCHEN TOWEL TO ABSORB ACCESS OIL
