Ingredients to make Mix vegetables

  • 1 big size potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 10-15 French beans
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 100 gm cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • salt, to taste

How to make Mix vegetables

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
  2. Put all chopped vegetables and sauté on high flame for 3-4 mins.
  3. Add salt and turmeric powder and cover and cook on low flame.
  4. After 4-5 mins when veggies turn soft, add chopped tomato, coriander powder and red chilli powder.
  5. Cover and cook for 1-2 mins .
  6. Add garam masala powder and chaat masala and serve hot.
