ABOUT Khumbh(mushroom) hara dhaniya RECIPE

Mushroom is one of my favourite and this dish goes well with rice and laacha paratha

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm Mushroom
  2. 3-4 Onion
  3. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  4. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  5. 3-4 Green cardamon
  6. 2-3 black cardamon
  7. 1inch Cinnamon stick
  8. 3-4 Cloves
  9. 2 Bay leaf
  10. 1-2 Green chilli
  11. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  13. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  14. 1 tbsp Yogart

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushroom properly
  2. Blanch the mushroom by soaking it in boiling water for 5 minute then drain in cold water and cut in to sliceses
  3. Cut the onion and boiled it for 5 minute
  4. Take a jar put boiled onion and fresh coriander and make fine paste
  5. Soak the chashew in water for 30 minutes and blend it and make a smooth paste
  6. Take a pan and put some oil and whole garam masala,and onion paste stir well,then add ginger garlic paste,chopped green chilli stir well..add red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and yogart stir well..now add mushroom and chashew paste stir well.add chopped fresh coriander mix well..now add warm water and cover with lid..cook for 10minute it low fleam
  7. Khumbh hara dhaniya is ready now add cream and pepper powder
  8. Garnish with chopped Coriander ready to serve.
