This is a delicious chaat , made with potatoes.

Dhaniya k aalo

Ingredients to make Dhaniya k aalo

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Hara dhaniya 100gm
  • green chillies 10-12
  • lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
  • salt according to taste

How to make Dhaniya k aalo

  1. Boil potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  2. Take hara dhaniya, green chillies, lemon juice and some water and grind them into a mixture grinder to make a paste.
  3. Now take 1 boiled potatoe, and grind it in chutney. This makes the consistency of chutney better.
  4. Now mix chutney , potatoes, and salt.
  5. Enjoy this dhaniya k aalo in a basket chaat.
