Ingredients to make Dhaniya Ke Aaloo

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 3 -4 green chillies
  • 50g coriander leaves (small bunch)
  • 1/2 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice (one big lemon)
  • 4 tablespoon fine sev ( for garnish )
  • water, as required

How to make Dhaniya Ke Aaloo

  1. Cut the potatoes into small squares
  2. Add coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, salt and a little water in the jar of the mixer grinder
  3. Grind them to make a smooth paste
  4. Place the potato pieces on the serving plate
  5. Top them with the chutney (paste) and sprinkle cumin powder and garnish with fine sev
  6. Serve

My Tip:

You may use baby potatoes. You may make it spicier according to taste. Serve at room temperature
