Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled potatoes
  2. 3 -4 green chillies
  3. 50g coriander leaves (small bunch)
  4. 1/2 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 tablespoon lemon juice (one big lemon)
  7. 4 tablespoon fine sev ( for garnish )
  8. Water, as required


  1. Cut the potatoes into small squares
  2. Add coriander leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, salt and a little water in the jar of the mixer grinder
  3. Grind them to make a smooth paste
  4. Place the potato pieces on the serving plate
  5. Top them with the chutney (paste) and sprinkle cumin powder and garnish with fine sev
  6. Serve
