ABOUT Dhaniya wallay aaloo RECIPE

This is a recipe especially apt for Eid & Ramadan, yummy dish made with potatoes.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 500 gram Potatoes
  2. 1 cup dhaniya Pudina Chutney [coriander mint chutney, which can be store bought or made prior]
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. Pinch of red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker, peel them and dice them into small pieces.
  2. Now take a bowl put potatoes,dhaniya Chutney and little salt, mix it.
  3. Take a serving bowl and sprinkle a pinch of kashmiri Mirch on it and it's ready to serve.
