Chatpata and tasty aloo with chutney

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Regular/Baby Potato - 250 gm
  2. Coriander leaves -1 cup
  3. Green chili -5-6
  4. Ginger -1 inch
  5. Hing a pinch
  6. Black salt -1 tsp
  7. Roasted cumin seed powder-1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice as per taste
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook potatoes for 2-3 whistle .Peel the skin of potatoes and keep it aside.
  2. Grind coriander leaves, Green chilies, Ginger, Hing, Black salt, Salt and cumin powder to form a smooth paste.
  3. Add chutney, Lemon juice to potatoes and mix well. If the size of potatoes are big then slice in halves
  4. Sprinkle little chat masala for additional taste
  5. Serve as appetizer

Can I use amchur powder in the place of lemon juice?
