Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl green coriander
  2. 2 green chilli
  3. 2tbsp amchur
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli
  5. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  6. Oil as used
  7. Salt to taste
  8. A pinch heeng
  9. 4_5 potatoes

Instructions

  1. Take leaves of coriander and wash it.
  2. Now grind it by adding two green chilli.
  3. Cut the boil potatoes .heat the kadai add heeng
  4. Add the coriander we grind.
  5. Add all spices
  6. Saute well till color change
  7. Add potatoes
  8. Mix well
  9. Dhaniya alloo is ready to eat with paratha.
