Oats Veggie Burger

Ingredients to make Oats Veggie Burger

  • 1Cup instant Oats,
  • 2 potatoes - Boiled & mashed
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 carrot - Grated
  • cabbage-1/2 cup grated
  • 1 capsicum - Chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves
  • White pepper powder-1/2teaspoon
  • parsley-1 teaspoon chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Fun Food mayonnaise
  • 2 Fresh Small Whole wheat Burger Buns
  • Few lettuce leaves
  • Few tomato slices
  • ,2 cheese slices

How to make Oats Veggie Burger

  1. Take a bowl,Add onion,carrots, capsicum,cabbage,boiled potatoes,parsley,salt,pepper and coriander leaves.
  2. Make 2 balls and shape Into round patties (Tikki).
  3. Refrigerate for 10 mins.
  4. Cook pattiesv in a non-stick pan, Till brown and crisp.
  5. Cut buns Into Half and press them lightly on a hot tawa on medium heat for few seconds
  6. Remove From Pan.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on one side of a bun
  8. Place a veg patty on it.
  9. Add lettuce leaves
  10. Then add tomato slices
  11. Add cheese slice and then add another side of this bun

My Tip:

If you want add some mashed paneer,boiled shredded chicken also.
