Ingredients to make Beetroot pulav

  • Beetroot 1
  • rice 1 cup
  • onion 1/2
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • tomato 1
  • salt as required
  • oil as required
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • water 2-3 cups

How to make Beetroot pulav

  1. In pressure cooker heat oil add cumin seeds after add onion.saute it well.after add ginger garlic paste.cook for 3 min
  2. Now add tomato,salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder.garam masala mix well.
  3. Add grated beetroot.mix well.add 2-3 cups of water let it allow for boil
  4. After add soaked rice.wait for 3-4 whistles.
  5. Spicy beetroot pulav is ready to taste
