  • all purpose flour. 3/4 cup
  • Liquid milk. 1/2 cup
  • fennel seeds. 1/4 tsp
  • salt. 1/4 tsp
  • ghee 1 tbs
  • Powder milk. 1 tbs
  • Milk syrup:
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • sugar. 1/2 cup
  • Powder milk 1&1/2 tbs
  • Nuts. 1 tbs
  • salt pinch of
  • bay leaf 1
  • Sinamon sticks, cardamom. 2

How to make Soft milk gilabia

  1. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, LIQUID MILK,SUGAR,DRY FRUITS, NUTS, FENNEL SEEDS,SALT,BSY LEAF, CINAMON STICK, CARDAMOM.
  2. TRANSFER 1/2 CUP MILK IN A PAN.
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP FENNEL SEEDS POWDER.
  4. ADD 14/ TSP SALT.
  5. ADD 3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR.
  6. STIR WELL TO COMBINE INGREDIENTS NICELY.
  7. GREASE A BOWL WITH GHEE.
  8. TRANSFER DOUGH IN GREASED BOWL,ADD 1 TBS POWDER MILK.
  9. .ADD 1 TSP GHEE WITH DOUGH&GIVE A GOOD KNEADING.
  10. KNEAD THE DOUGH AT LEAST FOR 10 MINUTES.MORE KNEADING MAKES GILABIA MORE SOFT.
  11. DIVIDING DOUGH , GIVE IT TALLISH SHAPE.
  12. GIVING COIL SHAPE MAKE GILEBIA.
  13. GILABIA IS READY TO FRY.
  14. TRANSFER MILK IN A PAN& ADD CINAMON STICK, CARDAMOM.NUTS.
  15. ADD BAY LEAF.
  16. ADD PINCH OF SALT.
  17. BRING MILK TO BOIL.
  18. IN SUFFICIENT HOT OIL RELEASE GILABIA.
  19. FRY GILABIA UNTIL IT GETS BROWNIES.
  20. PUT INSTANTLY GILABIA IN MEDIUM HOT MILK Allow it to soak milk syrup for 1 hour.
  21. NOW ENJOY..... SUPER SOFT... MELTING IN THE MOUTH..... MILK GILABIA.
