  • 250gram kathal (jackfruit)
  • 1cup onion paste
  • 1cup tomato puree
  • 1/2cup chopped capcicum
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2spoon dry fengrueek leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2spoon coriander powder
  • 1/2spoon kitchen king masala
  • 1/2spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2spoon redchilly powder
  • 1spoon ginger garlic paste
  • oil for frying
  • 1/2spoon cumin

How to make Kathal chilly

  1. TAKE 250GRAM KATHAL (JACKFRUIT)AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  2. TAKE A PAN PUT OIL AND HEAT IT ADD KATHAL PIECES AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. REMOVE KATHAL INTO A PLATE
  4. TAKE A PAN ADD OIL HEAT IT ADD 1/2SPOON CUMIN
  5. ADD ONE CUP ONION PASTE AND COOK
  6. ADD1SPOON GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLY PASTE AND COOK
  7. ADD 1/2SPOON TURMERIC POWDER AND MIX ADD 1CUP TOMATO PUREE
  8. COOK TILL MASALA LEAVES THE OIL
  9. ADD 1/2SPOON EACH CORIANDER POWDER, REDCHILLY POWDER KITCHEN KING MASALA AND SALT AS PER TASTE
  10. ADD 1/2CUP CHOPPED CAPCICUM AND COOK FOR 3TO 4MINTUES
  11. ADD 1/2SPOON DRY FENGRUEEK LEAVES
  12. ADD FRY KATHAL
  13. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND COVER WITH LID AND COOK FOR 2TO 3 MINTUES
  14. READY TO SERVE
  15. SERVE WITH CHAPATI
