Kathal Moongphali Bhaji

Ingredients to make Kathal Moongphali Bhaji

  • Take 250 gms kathal
  • Take 150 gms roasted peanuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Goda Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 glass water
  • coriander for garnishing

How to make Kathal Moongphali Bhaji

  1. Take kathal cut it with knife using oil and make peices and wash it.. Remove the water and keep aside..
  2. Now Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry kathal till golden brown and remove it in plate..
  3. Now Take a grinder add roasted peanuts and garlic and grind into fine paste.
  4. In that same pan add kathal peanuts paste water salt and goda masala mix nicely and one boil sim gas for thick curry...
  5. Off gas and serve in a bowl sprinkle corainder

My Tip:

Goda Masala & kala Masala both can be used which ever is available..
