Channa samosa Gravy

Ingredients to make Channa samosa Gravy

  • Channa dal 1/2 cup
  • Samaso 1
  • chilli powder 2-3 tsp
  • curd 3 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • onion 1
  • tomato 1
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Tamarind water 3 tsp
  • salt as required

How to make Channa samosa Gravy

  1. In pan heat oil add onion,tomato.saute it well.
  2. In pressure cooker add chickpeas and cook for 3-5 whistles.and set asdie
  3. After tomato becomes mussy.add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Garam masala,coriander powder little amount of tamarind water.mix well
  4. .cook for 10-15 min.after add samosa pieces .mix well.now add curd.
  5. After add chickpeas and cook for 10-15 min.
  6. Spicy channa masala gravy is ready
