This is one of my favourite salad which i love making.it is loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the dressing:-
  2. Mayonnaise-1 cup
  3. Amul cream-1 tablespoon
  4. Tomato ketchup-2 tablespoon
  5. Mustard sauce- 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt-As per taste
  7. Oregano-1/2 tsp(optional)
  8. For salad:-
  9. Boneless Chicken-100gm(optional)
  10. Chopped capsicum- 1
  11. Carrot- 2
  12. Broccoli-20gms
  13. Purple cabbage- 20gms
  14. Pomegranate- 1
  15. Boiled macaroni-30gm
  16. Kidney beans(rajma)-30gm
  17. Lettuce-1 sprig
  18. Whole green gram(sprouts)-30gm


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing and keep aside.
  2. Cut the chicken into small cubes.boil and keep aside.
  3. Cut the carrots into small cubes and boil until tender.
  4. Chop the capsicum.
  5. Soak kidney beans and sprouts overnight.
  6. Boil kidney beans until soft.
  7. Boil the macaroni.
  8. Finely slice the cabbage.
  9. Cut broccoli into small size and boil for 2-3minutes..
  10. Now mix everything into the dressing.
  11. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
