Ingredients to make Brahmi chutney

  • Brahmi leaves - 1 cup
  • coconut grated - 3/4 cup
  • jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • star anise - small piece
  • green chillies - 2
  • salt to taste

How to make Brahmi chutney

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to chutney consistency adding required water.
  2. Serve with idly, dosa etc.
