Ingredients to make Masala khichiya

  • Khichiya 1 ( rice papad)
  • tomato 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • cucumber 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • Onioin 1/2 (finely chopped)
  • cabbage 2 tsp (finely chopped)
  • lemon 1/2
  • Fresh corriander leaver 2tsp (finely chopped)
  • ghee 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • Barik sev 2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • pomegranate 2 tsp

How to make Masala khichiya

  1. Mix all the veggies add salt and chat masala in it.
  2. Take khichiya roast it then apply ghee all over the khichiya add sprinkle red chilly powder.
