Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Tomato Mayo sauce, 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 bay leaf
  4. 1 piece cinnamon stick
  5. 3 to 4 black pepper corn
  6. 3 garlic
  7. 2 red whole chilli
  8. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  9. 2 tbsp mayonaise
  10. 1/4 cup grated cheese
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 1 tsp sugar
  13. Salt as per taste
  14. 1 tbsp corn flour
  15. 1 tbsp oil
  16. For Stuffing, 1 cup chicken mince
  17. 1 onion chopped
  18. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  19. 3 garlic chopped
  20. 1 tsp nicely chopped ginger
  21. 2 green chilli chopped
  22. 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
  23. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  24. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  25. 1 tbsp fresh correinder chopped
  26. Salt as per taste
  27. 1 tsp lemon juice
  28. 1.5 tbsp oil
  29. For Roll, 3 Khichiya papad
  30. Fresh cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Take oil in cooker add bay leaf,cinnamon, black pepper corn and cumin seeds, now add chopped tomato, onion when tender add garlic and saute
  2. Now add red chilli, salt and water and close the lid to nicely cook
  3. When done discard the bay leaf, cinnamon and pepper corn and transfer the mixture in a blending jar and blend to make smooth paste
  4. Now transfer the mixture in strainer and sieve the mixture
  5. Now transfer this sieve mixture in a vessels add tomato ketchup, sugar and black pepper powder and saute
  6. Now add mayonaise and grated cheese and cook
  7. Now dissolve the corn flour with some water and add this mixture in soup cook for few seconds, close the lid and gas
  8. For Stuffing, heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and cumin seeds when tender add chopped garlic and ginger and saute
  9. Add chopped green chilli and chicken mince, red chili powder stir and wait to cook
  10. When done add chopped spring onion,garam masala,lemon juice, salt and stir
  11. When done ,add fresh chopped corriender and keep aside
  12. For roll, boil the water add a khichiya papad and rest to soft, when done left it out on plain surface and fill the chicken stuffing and roll it
  13. Do same with all papad And cut the rolls of this
  14. Now add this papad in hot soup and close it for few minutes
  15. Now transfer the soup and papad roll in serving plate, pour some fresh cream, and sprinkle chopped spring onion and serve with lemon and chilli
  16. Now Khichiya Papad Ravioli with Tomato Mayo Sauce is ready to serve, serve hot for more taste
