  1. 1 boil beetroot
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4tsp kali mirch.
  5. 1 glass water.

Instructions

  1. Boil n pury d beetroot
  2. Blend curd
  3. Mix pury in it
  4. Add salt.n pepper
  5. Stir well.
  6. Add chilled water
  7. Drink it.
