Masala bhakhri

Ingredients to make Masala bhakhri

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cup(little big)
  • Chutny 1 spoon
  • cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  • sesame seeds 1 spoon
  • oil 1 spoon
  • red chilly powder 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • water as required
  • garlic paste 1 spoon

How to make Masala bhakhri

  1. Take a bowl. Take all above ingredients and add in the bowl.
  2. Mix well all the above ingredients.
  3. Make a tight dough.
  4. Take some dough.
  5. And roll it.
  6. Make a round bhakhri.
  7. Then roasted on tawa both sides low flame.
  8. Serve hot.

Serve with tea.
