Ingredients to make Healthy Bhakhri Sandwich

  • For Bhakhri:
  • wheat flour -1 cup
  • Oats -2tsp
  • cumin seeds and sesame-1 tsp each
  • salt to taste
  • oil- 2tsp
  • For Sandwich:
  • onion fine chopped-1 medium size
  • tomatoes - 1 medium size
  • capsicum- 1 tsp
  • Chesse cube- 2 cubes
  • Chaat masala as per taste
  • green chutney
  • Ketchup for serving

How to make Healthy Bhakhri Sandwich

  1. For Bhakhri:
  2. Mix all the ingredients for Bhakhri and make a hard dough using water as needed.
  3. Make 8 equal balls and roll bhakhri and cook on pan till done. Keep aside.
  4. For Sandwich:
  5. Chop onion, tomato, capsicum finely and put in a bowl add chat masala , salt and mix it .
  6. Apply green chutney on all 8 bhakhris keep 4 Bhakhris in a row and put the onion salad mix equally on all 4. Grate cheese on all 4 as per choice. Cover them with another 4 bhakhris and grill on pan or toaster till nice crisp. Cut in four parts and Serve hot with ketchup .

My Tip:

Add other vegetables of your choice. You can grill or toast it in toaster.
