Gobhi Sukha....

Ingredients to make Gobhi Sukha....

  • cauliflower large 1
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • ginger garlic mince 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • onions sliced thinly 2
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  • asafoetida 1/8th tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp

How to make Gobhi Sukha....

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add crushed coriander seeds and asafoetida.
  3. After a minute of sauteeing, add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add rest of the spices too along with the sliced onions and saute until translucent and light pinkish in colour.
  5. Finally add cauliflower florets to it.
  6. Saute on a medium high heat for a minute or two.
  7. After that, simmer on a low heat for the next 15-18 minutes.
  8. Adjust salt accordingly.
  9. Garnish with garam masala and coriander leaves before dishing it out.
